• Presenters should use all of the allotted time

• Outline should be detailed, maybe include loose time estimates

  • It is okay for these to change slightly after they have been reviewed/accepted.

• Ensure that there are interactive elements between presenters and participants

  • Allows growth of skills and exchange of knowledge.

• Do we want to suggest that participants use evidence/literature at any point?

  • This was a question that several had when sending in program submissions. Research/Evidence/Literature can/should be included for programs targeted for student, professional, and leadership development sessions in particular.

Bring Individual computers/materials- only projectors and HDMIs will be provided

We ask that all presenters include name, title, institution, and contact information at beginning and/or end of presentation.

We ask that all presenters leave at least 5 minutes for questions at the end of the session.
